Place 1 cup blueberries, 1 banana, 1 cup kale, ½ cup almond milk, ½ cup tea, 2 tablespoons hemp seeds, ¾ teaspoon lemon zest, 1½ tablespoons lemon juice, ½ teaspoon honey (if using) and ¼ teaspoon ginger in a blender; process until smooth, about 25 seconds.
Pour into a glass.
Garnish with additional blueberries and/or lemon zest, if desired.
