Bring the milk to a boil on medium-high heat while whisking constantly, then pour in the sugar and orange blossom water.
Once it comes back up to a boil, slowly pour in the cornstarch slurry (½ cup cornstarch dissolved in ½ cup cold milk) while still stirring constantly.
Keep whisking for a couple more minutes until the mixture is nice thick and bubbly.
Then carefully pour into serving bowls (don't fill all the way to the top).
Place in the fridge to chill while working on the orange layer.
Bring the orange juice to a boil while whisking, then slowly pour in the cornstarch slurry while still whisking.
Once it thickens, remove from the heat and pour over the slightly chilled milk cups.
Chill in the fridge overnight for minimum 4 hours.
Garnish however you'd like and enjoy!
