Chinese Lasagna
  1. Chop prawns and aromas (shallots, garlic, spring onion, coriander)

  2. Mix all ingredients together and set aside

  3. Layer ingredients with mince, wonton skins and cabbage, repeat until you run out of meat filling

  4. Steam for 30 minutes or until fully cooked

  5. Optionally garnish with chilli oil, more spring onions and coriander
