Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions and set aside.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté the onions, garlic, ginger and green chili until fragrant.
Add the minced meat (keema) and cook until browned.
Add the spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) and salt, and mix well.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together until well combined.
Serve hot.
