In a small mixing bowl, combine custard powder with milk
Using a spoon, mix until the custard powder dissolves
Place a small deep pot on the stove over medium heat
Pour milk and bring it to a boil while stirring continuously
Add ¼ cup of condensed milk
Add the custard mixture to the milk
Stir well and cook for 4-5 minutes until the mixture thickens
In a mixing bowl, add chilled fresh cream with condensed milk and mix well
Take slices of white bread and cut the sides off each slice
Place bread slices in a large serving dish
Pour custard mixture over the bread slices to cover completely
Pour some cream over the bread slices evenly
Place remaining bread slices on top of the layers
Pour the rest of the custard mixture over the bread slices
Spread cream mixture on top of the custard mixture
Sprinkle chopped almonds and pistachios over the bread pudding
Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to allow the pudding to set
Cut and serve
