Brown a lb of ground beef with a diced onion and 5-6 minced garlic cloves. Drain the excess grease then add in 2 tbsp of tomato paste.
Season with Mrs Dash garlic and herb seasoning then add in 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, a tsp of beef bouillon and ½ cup of water.
Chop 2 lbs of potatoes into bite sized pieces and microwave for 8 minutes.
Put the potatoes in a 9x13 baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and mix with a packet of Lipton soup mix.
Pour the meat mixture on the potatoes.
Mix a can of cream of mushroom with ½ cup of milk and spread on the meat mixture.
Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
Uncover and top with 2 cups of cheese and some crispy fried onions.
Bake for 5-7 more minutes.
