Combine lemon juice, 120 grams of sugar, water and cornstarch together and mix well. Mix in a pinch of turmeric for color.
Bring to a boil on medium low heat. Stir constantly until it thickens
Transfer to a bowl and place a plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the mixture. Set it to cool.
Combine whipping cream and 50 grams of sugar and whisk until medium peaks
Separate small amount of whipped cream for topping
Mix the cooled lemon curd we made earlier to loosen it and then mix in the rest of the whipped cream
Transfer to serving containers directly or by using piping bag and do the same with the whipped cream we set aside earlier
Serve immediately or set it to refrigerator for later
