Cherry Bakewell Baked Oats
  1. Preheat oven to 180c.

  2. Grease a baking dish and add all the ingredients except the cherries, almond butter, flaked almonds and icing sugar (if using). Mix to combine.

  3. Stir through the cherries, dollop on top the almond butter and swirl through, then top with flaked almonds.

  4. Bake for 35-40minutes until golden.

  5. Remove from oven and allow cool before dusting with icing sugar and slicing.

  6. Keep in the fridge for 4-5 days in an airtight container (psst. Best served with thick greek yogurt for extra protein).
