Blanch cauliflower for 3 minutes. Mix with chickpeas and all other marinade ingredients
Puree all the ingredients for the sauce
Fry fennel seeds, caraway seeds, chilli flakes, salt, ginger and garlic in vegetable butter
Deglaze with sauce. Add the cauliflower and let simmer briefly
