Josh Galliano's Fried Chicken Recipe
  1. In a shallow dish, combine buttermilk and pickle juice. Add the chicken breasts, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  2. In another shallow dish, combine flour, cornstarch, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

  3. Remove the chicken breasts from the buttermilk mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, coating well.

  4. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.

  5. Transfer the fried chicken to a wire rack set over a baking sheet to drain excess oil. Serve hot and enjoy!
