Optional - Soak the rib in cold water for 30 mins
Blanch short rib for 5 mins to get rid of impurities
Drain and rinse short rib with cold water until water runs clear
In a small pot, add short rib, onions, whites of green onions, radish, and garlic with cold water
Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 90 mins
Take out the onion, whites on green onion, garlic, and ginger out
Slice up radish into bite size pieces
Season broth to your liking
Cut short ribs into slices
Optional - add slices of egg
Enjoy with glass noodles or a bowl of rice
