Add your peppers, garlic, onion, beef bouillon, oregano, peppercorn, 2 c water, and 1 tbsp salt to blender blend until smooth.
Add your meat to pressure cooker, and strain in your salsa. Add 2 c water. Seal it up.
Cook on high pressure for 45 mins.
Release pressure, add in your carrots, corn, a pinch of salt, and cilantro. Seal it up.
Pressure cook on high for 10 mins.
While you wait cook your noodles in a separate pot according to instructions.
After the 10 mins is done release pressure.
Serve with noodles, limes, onions, cilantro, and enjoy.
