Suzy's Cauliflower Soup
  1. In a Dutch oven combine cauliflower, carrot, celery, onion, water, and bouillon

  2. Simmer until vegetables are tender about 15-20 minutes

  3. Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  4. Bring to a boil until thickened.

  5. Stir in cauliflower mixture

  6. Serve hot, with cheese.
