Chicken stock
  1. Pick chicken clean (save for later meals)

  2. Add chicken bones, skin, and juices to pot

  3. Add roughly chopped veggies and herbs

  4. Add cold water till it covers everything by about 2 inches (8-12 cups)

  5. Bring to a rapid boil, reduce heat and simmer 2-4 hours

Strain and store in airtight container in fridge for 3-5 days or freeze for up to 6 months
