Vegan Pesto Pasta
  1. To a food processor or small blender, add the walnuts/pine nuts, nutritional yeast, cashews, and salt. Blend until combined.

  2. Add in 2 packs of basil, garlic, lemon juice. Blend until more smooth, adding in some oil or water as needed.

  3. Slowly blend together with 4-5 tbsp of oil and 3-5tbsp of water, depending on consistency.

  4. Cook pasta, and cook tofu/soy curls. Roast bell peppers on the grill, or in the air fryer.

  5. Combine it all together!
