Season the chopped chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add the chopped white onion and 3.5 cups of chicken broth or stock.
Add the pasta and garlic.
Make sure everything is submerged.
Turn the vent to ceiling pressure and cook on high for about 8 minutes.
When the time is done, release the pressure.
Add ½ cup of milk and shredded cheese, then mix everything together.
