Tall Double Chocolate Muffins
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tray

  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, oil, milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla until smooth

  3. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt

  4. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and gently mix until just combined

  5. Fold in chocolate

  6. Fill the muffin liners almost to the top

  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until set with a soft center

  8. Cool slightly and enjoy
