Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Swiss cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, corned beef, sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, and caraway seeds (if using). Mix until well combined.
Cut the top off the rye bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving a thick wall around the edges. Reserve the removed bread for dipping.
Spoon the prepared dip mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl. Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly and the bread edges are slightly crispy.
Serve the Reuben dip in the bread bowl with the reserved bread cubes and additional crackers or vegetables for dipping.
