Prep Ingredients: Chop red onion, green onions, and cilantro. Set aside green onions for garnish.
Stir-Fry Base: In a large pan or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
Add garlic, red onion, pork, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and cilantro. Stir-fry until pork is mostly cooked.
Add ground beef to the pan and continue cooking until fully browned and combined.
Season: Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
Crack in the egg and stir quickly to incorporate.
Add green onions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of chili oil just before serving.
