Place gelatin powder into a small bowl and add cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it thickens and absorbs the liquid.
Warm 1 cup of water or tea until hot but not boiling to maintain proper gelatin texture.
Pour the hot liquid over the bloomed gelatin and stir thoroughly until fully dissolved and smooth with no clumps.
Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, or a pinch of salt if desired to adjust taste.
Allow to cool slightly and drink warm, or refrigerate for 2–4 hours until firm before serving.
