In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and mayo, mix until smooth.
Stir in cooked and chopped bacon, chopped green onions and pickles.
Place a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and once hot and the sausage. Break it with a wooden spoon and cook. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Cook until lightly browned, remove from heat and set aside.
Spread cream cheese mixture in a generous layer over tortillas. Add about ½ cup of sausage mixture (or morper tortilla, distributing it evenly.
Roll tortillas tightly and slice into 1 inch pieces.
