Heat up some butter and some oil.
Add the shrimp and season with paprika, pepper, and salt.
Cook the shrimp for a few minutes on each side.
Remove the shrimp to a plate.
Add 2-3 more tablespoons of butter to the pan.
Add about a cup of heavy cream and let it go for a minute.
Add the garlic.
Add the cooked pasta and most of the Parmesan cheese (about a cup).
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
