Unroll the crescent roll dough, separate into triangles, spoon sausage cream cheese mixture onto each triangle, roll up starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides.
Place filled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
