Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). <
In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and ranch seasoning mix, stirring until well combined
Add cooked chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, cooked pasta, and half of the shredded cheeses. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Top with remaining shredded cheeses.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions.
