Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, applesauce, sugar, oil, vanilla and orange zest.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Fold in the cooled chai tea and chopped candied ginger.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, drizzle with the vanilla glaze.
