Chili Halloumi Gyros
  1. Slice the Halloumi and Mix with honey, chilli flakes, paprika, and a splash of water.

  2. Coat the Halloumi and cook until sticky golden.

  3. Fry the onion and bell pepper until soft.

  4. Mix in salt and pepper seasoning

  5. Heat the flat bread and top with Lettuce

  6. Drizzle with sweet chilli and peri mayo

  7. ENJOY!
