Delicious Chicken Wings
  1. In a large blender, combine one large onion, one cup lemongrass chopped, ⅓ cup fish sauce, ¼ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 tbsp unsalted garlic powder, 1 tbsp chicken powder, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, ¾ cup sugar, 1 cup of water, Half2 cup cooking oil (optional), ¼ cup Sriracha sauce.

  2. Blend everything.

  3. Clean well and drain all the water out from 2.2 kg chicken wing.

  4. Pour 2 and ½ cup of sauce over the chicken wings.

  5. Mix everything well together.

  6. Leave it in the refrigerator at least 5 hours or overnight.

  7. To cook, first put tin foil underneath.

  8. Cook it about 5 minutes first.

  9. Take off the tin foil and start cooking on the grill.
