In pressure cooker, heat oil to saute and add ground meat, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, pinch of salt; until fully cooked.
Finely dice (I suggest using a Ninja Chopper) veggies and mix in with the cooked beef
Pour sauce on top
Cover and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes
Allow for about a 5 minute natural pressure release, then carefully allow a quick release; stir and serve
