Combine warm water, warm milk, sugar and yeast. Whisk together and cover. Let sit for a few minutes until frothy on top
Add in butter, salt and flour and mix together until a dough forms. Once dough forms kneed it for about 10 minutes and form it into a ball, place in a bowl and cover. Let it rise until it doubles in size.
Punch it down and roll it out. Then roll it into a loaf and place it into a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise until it's about an inch above the rim of the pan.
Place in the oven at 350 F for 32-36 minutes until golden brown!
