Oaty Almond Butter Crispy Bars
  1. Heat the honey, almond butter, and coconut oil in a pan or microwave until smooth

  2. Add the vanilla extract to the wet mixture and stir

  3. Mix oats, crispy millet, flax seed meal, ground cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well

  5. Line an 8 inch square pan with greaseproof paper

  6. Press the mixture into the prepared pan

  7. Refrigerate for approximately one hour

  8. Flip out and cut into pieces

  9. Store the bars in a sealed container in the fridge
