Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk sugar, eggs, oil, milk, lemon juice, and zest.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Fold in blueberries gently.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool before slicing.
