Mix warm milk, active dry yeast, and sugar together
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes
Add melted butter, egg, and salt to a mixing bowl
Combine all ingredients with a dough hook
Slowly add flour while mixing
Knead for about 10 minutes
Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead by hand for a couple minutes until smooth
Oil a bowl and place the dough ball inside
Cover and let rise for one hour
Punch down the dough and cut into 12 equal pieces
Roll each piece into a ball by folding the edges and rolling
Place dough balls in a greased baking dish
Cover and let rest for 30 minutes
Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes
Brush the tops with melted butter
