Add all the ingredients into the pan over moderate heat. Cook stirring until the gravy thickens. Remove from heat once the gravy has thickened. Season to taste and serve.
Alternative cooking method. If you have prepared a roast, use the pan and drippings for extra flavour. Simply remove the roast from the pan and place the pan over moderate heat. Add all the ingredients to the pan and cook stirring until thickened. Make sure you use a spatula to scrape all the good stuff off the bottom of the pan into the gravy.
Place all the ingredients into mixer; mix 20 sec/speed 4.
Cook 6 min/120°C/speed 2/cap off. Extend cooking time if required. Season to taste and serve.
