2 cups raw walnuts
2 cups raw cashews
1 tbsp orange peel powder
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 300 F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, and spread the walnuts evenly on one and the cashews on the other.
Bake the nuts until darker and fragrant, about 15-20 minutes for the cashews and 20-25 for the walnuts.
Remove from the oven, cool for a few minutes, then add to a high speed blender with the salt. Blend the nuts starting on low, then increase the speed slowly.
Scrape down the sides occasionally until the nut butter is very smooth and runny.
Add the spices, orange peel powder, and honey.
Blend to combine.
Pour into a glass jar
