Place flour in a mixing bowl and create a well in the center
Add all dough ingredients and mix until you get a soft dough
Refrigerate the dough for 15-20 minutes
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts
For the apple filling: cook diced apples with lemon juice and granulated sugar in a pan until apples release their liquid
Cool the filling and add cinnamon
Roll out one portion of dough between two sheets of parchment paper and shape as shown
Add the apple filling on top
Roll out the remaining dough and cut shapes with a mold
Place the cut dough pieces around the edges of the filling
Grate the remaining frozen dough over the middle of the tart
Preheat oven to 170°C with fan
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden
Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar before serving
