Cucumbers, Tahini + Chilli Oil
  1. Slice cucumbers using a mandoline

  2. Combine minced garlic and minced ginger

  3. Add lime juice, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar to the cucumbers

  4. Add tahini and chilli oil

  5. Add mushroom powder and chicken salt

  6. Sprinkle with Korean red pepper flakes

  7. Add chopped spring onions

  8. Shake all ingredients together in a jar until creamy

  9. Combine and serve
