Homemade Graham Crackers
  1. Mix ½ cup softened butter, ¾ cup brown sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla

  2. In another bowl mix 3 cups whole wheat flour, ¾ tsp salt, 1 tsp baking soda, and ¼-½ tsp cinnamon

  3. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture

  4. Add ½ cup of water as you mix to keep it more like a dough and less dry

  5. Let it sit for about 30 minutes

  6. Roll it out and cut into squares, aiming for ⅛ inch thickness

  7. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown or slightly darker

  8. Let them cool and enjoy
