  1. Mix all meatloaf ingredients and shape into a loaf.

  2. Bake at 375°F for 40–45 mins.

  3. Make glaze with 3T butter, 2 cloves garlic, ¼C Parmesan, and parsley.

  4. Brush glaze over meatloaf and bake 5–7 more mins.
