No-bake Viral Quinoa Chocolate Bars
  1. Rinse & soak 2 cups quinoa for 1 hour. Drain & toast in a dry pan until golden & popping.

  2. Melt 200g dark chocolate, 1 tbsp nut butter, and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Stir in 2 tbsp maple syrup.

  3. Mix everything together, press into a lined tray & freeze for 1 hour.

  4. Slice & store in the fridge.
