Seed Snaps
  1. Heat oven to 325°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper

  2. In a bowl, mix sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and salt

  3. Warm maple syrup and tahini in a small pan over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and pourable

  4. Pour over the seeds and stir until evenly coated

  5. Transfer to the baking sheet. Place another sheet of parchment on top and use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin, even layer

  6. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until golden and fragrant

  7. Cool completely on the tray

  8. Break into pieces and eat as a snack, crumble over yogurt or oatmeal bowls, or sprinkle onto salads
