Sauté diced onions in a pan
Add extra lean beef mince with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and diced garlic
Add sugar free ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, and smoked paprika
Cook and mix well, then set aside to cool
In a bowl, combine plain flour, baking powder, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder
Add low-fat Greek yoghurt to the flour mixture
Mix until crumbly, then knead with your hands to form a dough ball
Cut the dough into 8 equal balls
Flatten each ball and distribute the beef filling and cheddar cheese equally
Pinch the sides and corners together to seal
Flip over and gently flatten again
Cook on low to medium heat on each side until golden brown and crispy
Wrap and store in the fridge or freezer
Reheat in microwave (3-6 minutes), air fryer (5-10 minutes at 180C), oven (6-12 minutes at 200C), or pan fry (6-8 minutes per side)
