Line a baking tray with non-stick paper
Chop potato chips
Melt Biscoff spread and stir through chips to thoroughly coat
Melt chocolate in the microwave on short bursts at 50% power
Spread two thirds of the chocolate onto the lined tray and spread out to desired size, reserving extra chocolate for the top
Immediately spoon potato chip mix over the chocolate and spread out to cover evenly
Drizzle half the remaining chocolate over the top
Sprinkle chopped Biscoff biscuits on top if using
Sprinkle salt
Drizzle any remaining chocolate on top and freeze for at least 20 minutes or until set
Cut into pieces and enjoy, keeping best stored in the fridge or freezer
