Tips For Baking Cakes
  1. Never bake cakes at 180°, always go for slightly lower temperatures and make sure that your oven temperature is correct and consistent (use oven thermometer). I bake at 160/170degrees!

  2. Never bake cakes with both rods on use the setting only of the lower rod on! Let me give you an example like for anything if we make on gas how is the heat with only bottom right not from top! So that is how to keep the top soft and moist and perfectly baked cakes bake with only lower rod on!

  3. Select the option with no fan!

  4. Always preheat your oven (same temperature and same setting) for atleast 10 minutes so that it reaches the temperature that you had set and your baked goods will be perfectly baked!

  5. Make sure to use perfect measurements and perfect settings of oven.

  6. If you want the browning on the top for tea cakes and a little crust on top but still you don't want to have that hard so bake like shown above for like 20-30 mins and then for last 5-10 mins with both rods on!

  7. If you have a microwave or airfryer bake at the temperature you bake just cover the top of the tin with aluminium foil so that it will get baked completely yet soft and moist on top
