Cottage Cheese Snickers Bars
  1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth

  2. Mix with almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter and maple syrup until a thick dough forms

  3. Press into a lined loaf pan

  4. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top and press them in slightly

  5. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm

  6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and pour over top

  7. Freeze again until set, then slice into bars
