Protein Cookies Without Protein Powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

  2. Combine ½ cup greek yogurt, ⅓ cup maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 egg.

  3. Add in 1 ½ cup oat flour, ½ tsp baking powder, and ¼ tsp salt.

  4. Fold in ⅓ cup chocolate chips of choice.

  5. Scoop onto a parchment lined baking pan.

  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes.

  7. Top with flaky salt and enjoy!
