Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Combine ½ cup greek yogurt, ⅓ cup maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 egg.
Add in 1 ½ cup oat flour, ½ tsp baking powder, and ¼ tsp salt.
Fold in ⅓ cup chocolate chips of choice.
Scoop onto a parchment lined baking pan.
Bake for 9-11 minutes.
Top with flaky salt and enjoy!
