PIROHY
FILLING
Mix all ingredients with enough water to make a medium-soft dough, knead with hands and roll out until thin.
Cut into squares (should be enough for ~25 pirohy)
To make filling, combine potato with 1 tsp melted brown butter and salt, mash, and combine with cheese and egg yolk.
Add a spoonful of filling into each pirohy, fold in half and seal edge with a fork.
Drop in salt water and boil until pirohy rise to the top.
Serve
