Bryndzové Pirohy (Slovakian Cheese Pirohy)

    FILLING

  1. Mix all ingredients with enough water to make a medium-soft dough, knead with hands and roll out until thin.

  2. Cut into squares (should be enough for ~25 pirohy)

  3. To make filling, combine potato with 1 tsp melted brown butter and salt, mash, and combine with cheese and egg yolk.

  4. Add a spoonful of filling into each pirohy, fold in half and seal edge with a fork.

  5. Drop in salt water and boil until pirohy rise to the top.

  6. Serve
