Dubu Jorim
  1. Pat dry the tofu and cut into thick slices

  2. Fry tofu slices in oil on both sides

  3. Finely chop garlic and spring onions

  4. Mix chili flakes, sesame oil, soy sauce, water, and syrup or sugar to create sauce

  5. Add sauce to the fried tofu

  6. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes
