  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Cook noodles according to package directions.

  3. Brown beef over medium high heat.

  4. Drain if necessary.

  5. In a medium bowl combine soups, milk, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion, salt and pepper, whisk well.

  6. Drain noodles and add to beef.

  7. Add soup mixture and stir well.

  8. Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
