Minced Pork & Mushroom Noodle Soup
  1. Marinate the pork loin with ½ tsp seasoning soy sauce, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp white pepper

  2. Mince the marinated pork loin

  3. Heat a pot and add the minced pork, cooking until done

  4. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant

  5. Add chicken broth and water to the pot

  6. Bring to a boil and add chicken bouillon, 1.5 tsp seasoning soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp white pepper

  7. Add the canned sliced mushrooms

  8. Add vermicelli noodles and cook until tender

  9. Add bok choy or vegetables of choice and cook until done

  10. Garnish with scallions and serve hot
