Shakshuka With Feta
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté diced onion until translucent.

  2. Add chopped red bell pepper and cook until tender.

  3. Pour in canned tomatoes and minced garlic, and stir well.

  4. Season with cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

  5. Create nests in the mixture and crack eggs into them and cook until eggs are done to your liking.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and feta cheese. Enjoy!
